One of the great perks of writing about my depression has been the connections I’ve made with others in the same space. One of these new friends is Kristian Hall. Kristian suffered through 11 years of depression as a teenager and student. He was able to overcome the illness by way of science-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy and positive psychology.
