August is a busy grant month leading into the September universal deadlines, on top of end-of-summer travel plans and back-to-school routines. I’d love to hear from you: what do you want help with? Anything giving you trouble at the moment?

I recently wrote about the changes to OMB Uniform Guidance policy that would severely affect institutions and researchers and the integrity of science. It’s looking like a provision in the current version of the US Senate’s 2027 Continuing Resolution contains language that would prevent those changes from going into effect, at least until December. Good news for now – keep pressuring your elected officials!
